We are not obligated to honor an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to describe products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device display. Minor variations in natural materials are not considered defects.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a substitute, a delay, or a refund for that item.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are described in the Shipping Policy. Title to and risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier records the package as delivered.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Duties and Import Charges

We cover applicable duties and import charges for orders shipped to destinations we serve. You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees at delivery. This coverage does not extend to penalties or charges arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer or failure to comply with local import regulations.

Returns and Refunds

Limitation of Liability
